Admission Process

Step 1: Schedule a Meeting

 

The first step in the admission process is to call 703-691-3040 and schedule a meeting. The student should be present at this interview, which typically runs for an hour. Please note that we do not accept seniors.

Step 2: Apply

 

After the interview, if you wish to apply for enrollment, you will need to submit the following application materials:

  • A completed application form
  • Copies of recent academic records
  • Copies of educational test reports and other relevant evaluations
  • A graded essay written by the student
  • Two Confidential Teacher Recommendation forms—at least one from a current teacher—mailed directly to the school by the teacher
  • A recent small photograph of the applicant, attached to the application
  • The $100 application fee

Step 3: Visit

 

Once all application documents are submitted, the main office will call or email you to arrange an all-day visit for the student to attend classes and get a sense of our school culture.

 

Step 4: Final Decision

 

We will inform you of our admission decision as soon as possible. Once you return the enrollment form with a deposit, your child will be officially enrolled for the year in question. At this time parents can also apply for financial assistance. Our application deadline for the coming school year is March 15. Applications received after that date will be considered as space permits. If space is not available we will add your child to the waiting list.

Sunday Open Houses, 2:00-4:00

October 2, October 23, January 8, January 22, March 5, and May 21
